TIPSY TOAD RETREAT Welcome to the Tipsy Toad Retreat The Tipsy Toad Retreat is part of a 160 acre working cattle ranch – Swingin P Ranch – in Boyd, Texas. We have Black Angus cattle, donkeys, goats, chickens, and guinea fowl on site. Our property is a Country Paradise that sleeps 20+ with a 2 Bedroom Loft, Rustic Cabin, 2 RV hook-ups, and 4 Themed Cabanas next to our private recreational pond complete with kayaks, paddleboards and pedal boats. Pond is stocked with Bass, Catfish & Sunfish for a great day of fishing. It also has a 2-story dock with high dive for the adventurous. We also have a large pool & oversized hot tub that can fit 10+ adults no problem. Our stage is perfect for DJs or a small band and the 35’ gazebo makes for a perfect dance floor or gathering place. We have several weber grills and now just completed our large outdoor kitchen which includes: Kamado charcoal grill, pellet grill, propane griddle & 2 burner stove, sink and mini fridge. Two sides are open bar tops for serving or eating and attached is a 20’ x 16’ rock patio for seating as well. Top the evening off with a campfire in 1 of our 3 firepits with complementary firewood already stacked and ready.
